NeoBank is a fintech app startup with a new approach to banking services. The service can help users to view finance flows, make payments, control the balance on all cards, and see expense analytics.

Challenges and Solutions

NeoBank should provide the best UX design that can satisfy users with different demographics and lifestyles

NeoBank was seeking a new vision of banking services. It should not be too formal but not too fancy either

The Client had a limited timeframe and scheduled investors pitch also, so deadlines were really important

Through user research, testing, app availability fixes, and iterative design, the problem was resolved

To meet NeoBank's vision, we created a clean focused interface without unnecessary decorations

To meet deadlines and client expectations, we streamlined scheduling, prioritization, communication, and risk management

Scope of Work

The NeoBank founders searched for over a year for an agency to assist with design and development. Due to their tight scheduling, they couldn't dedicate much time to NeoBank and required a team that could work independently and be motivated by their idea.
