Operator and Scope
This website is operated by ANODA OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia under registry code 16026674 (VAT number EE102281468), Kaupmehe tn 7-120, 10114 Tallinn, Estonia. These terms apply when you use anoda.mobi, send an enquiry or subscribe to updates. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
A project or client relationship begins only under a separately agreed proposal or contract. These website terms do not set a project's scope, deliverables, fees or timetable.
Website Information
Our pages, articles and case studies describe our work and general approach. They are provided for information and are not a personalised quotation, professional advice or a promise of a particular result. We may update or correct them. A signed project agreement, not a website page, governs services provided to a client.
Enquiries, Files and Subscriptions
Provide accurate information and share only files and third-party information that you are entitled to share. Do not send passwords, unlawful content or sensitive information through a public form. Contact us to arrange an appropriate transfer method where needed.
When you submit an enquiry, you permit us to receive, store and review its content solely to respond and discuss the request. An enquiry does not subscribe you to updates or create a client relationship.
If you subscribe, you ask us to email newly published blog content and relevant ANODA company updates. Each message will provide a way to unsubscribe. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle submitted information and technical website data.
Intellectual Property and Your Materials
Unless stated otherwise, ANODA or its licensors own the original text, imagery, design and code on this website. Some case-study material belongs to or is licensed from clients or other rights holders. This website does not grant rights in that material.
- You may browse, link to pages and make reasonable personal or internal-business use of the content
- You may not republish substantial parts as your own, use ANODA's identity deceptively or present client work as your work
You and any relevant third party keep all rights in material submitted with an enquiry. Submission does not transfer ownership to ANODA or allow us to publish, train systems on or reuse that material for unrelated purposes. We receive only the limited permission needed to handle and answer the enquiry. Any broader use or confidentiality obligation must be agreed separately in writing. We can enter into a separate non-disclosure agreement where appropriate; submitting a form does not itself create an NDA.
Acceptable Use
When using this site, do not do the following.
- Attempt unauthorised access or probe or bypass the site's security
- Submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content through our forms
- Send malware or use the site in a way that materially degrades it for others
We may limit abusive traffic to protect the service. Ordinary search-engine indexing and accessibility tools are not prohibited.
Third-Party Links
Some pages link to websites controlled by other operators. Those links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party sites.
Availability and Responsibility
We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that all content will remain unchanged. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. The website provides general information and is not a substitute for a project-specific agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Estonian law, without removing mandatory rights that may apply under another jurisdiction. Disputes are subject to the courts competent under applicable law; these terms do not override mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and will show the effective date of the version in force.
