NeoBank needed help with design and iOS development for the new fintech app. They wanted to provide potential customers not only with easy banking service, but also with a great tool for making new good habits on users' way to financial independence.
At this stage, we asked the Client to fill out a brief, provide more information about competitors, share their vision for the project, provide data from previous UX research and provide a dashboard design example they like.
We started planning work on Telemedicine app design and development, discussed time estimates, and understood the overall scope of work.
We planned to conduct UX research and analyze competitive solutions to create the best user interface for the app. The next stage was UI design development.
The platform had to process a large amount of data, so we immediately focused on finding the best technological solutions for this task.

First of all, we asked NeoBank to fill out a brief. In it, the founders write in detail about their vision of the future product, its main competitors, its mission and values, and also provided examples of services that inspired them.
We also realized that there is a very large scope of work ahead. We had to develop the product from scratch. Therefore, we started with clear planning, structuring of tasks, and estimation by time.

The Client had many ideas and a general vision for his future product, but all that information had to be structured. So we selected the most important and chose the main features for the future MVP. We started with several meetings to discuss all the details.
We started with thorough UX research to create the perfect healthcare management system. Our team talked with the target audience to understand what difficulties they face, what services they choose, and what solutions they would like to find. During the customer interviews, we get many interesting insights.
The next stage was the User Flow Map design. With its help, we can understand how users will achieve their goals in the app, what features are most important to them, what steps they should pass to create an account and find the relevant doctor or clinic, and much more.
Wireframes are a sketch that shows the position of all interface elements on the screen. It should be straightforward and reflect the structure of the page. Wireframes become the foundation for UI Design.
We also created a Moodboard before starting to design the interface. It reflects the general mood of the project, shows the emotions it will convey, and inspire the team.
We always make three style options for the main pages. They have most of the interface elements that will be repeated on all other pages. Our UI design team created a few design concepts based on the Client's requests.
Finally, the Client chose a white design with blue accents, which correlates better with the healthcare theme. So we harmoniously added these elements to the main version. This approach allows us to create a product that is flawless in every detail.
Usually, healthcare management systems process and display a large amount of data as well as include many features. So to help people focus on the essential information, we created the proper visual hierarchy and chose a concise style and color palette.
