Your tasks in
UX Researcher/Designer
position
Suggest strategic design and user-experience decisions related to the existing and new features
Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs
Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
Validate your solutions with real users and customers, using both qualitative and quantitative methods
Conduct user research including problem and solution interviews with end-users
What do we expect from you
1+ years of experience as a UX Designer/Researcher
A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing
Rapid heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns
Skills in dynamic prototyping & low fidelity prototyping tools
Self-motivation and time management
Understanding the phases of human-centered design
Experience in working with design system
Strong English (upper-intermediate or higher)
Analytical skills and critical thinking
The ability to build an information architecture and complete user flow for the application
Understanding how to conduct primary and secondary research
Ability to collect qualitative and quantitative information
2+ years UI/UX design experience with proven portfolio.
Experience with design of the data visualization tools: charts, maps, infographics
Understanding composition, layout, typography, color's design impact
Understanding UI design stages, development, and modern conventions.
Knowledge of prototyping
tools such as Figma or similar
Clear-minded ability to translate functional requirements into mockups
Self-motivation and time management
Experience in Human
Interface Guidelines
Knowledge of the principles of adaptive Web, Mobile-first, UX/UI basics
Be aware of the latest
trends in web design
English

Understanding of web and mobile technologies
Template and component design systems
Adobe Creative suite & Figma competency
Degree or post-graduate-related fields
Passionate about creating content for a wide audience
