Your tasks in
Project Manager
position
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
Prepare a budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements -
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Track project costs in order to meet budget
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution -
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement (COM, GPM, NPS)
Upsell-related features to the client
What do we expect from you
2+ years of project management and related experience
Proven ability to solve problems creatively
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Excellent analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
English Upper-Intermediate
2+ years UI/UX design experience with proven portfolio.
Experience with design of the data visualization tools: charts, maps, infographics
Understanding composition, layout, typography, color's design impact
Understanding UI design stages, development, and modern conventions.
Knowledge of prototyping
tools such as Figma or similar
Clear-minded ability to translate functional requirements into mockups
Self-motivation and time management
Experience in Human
Interface Guidelines
Knowledge of the principles of adaptive Web, Mobile-first, UX/UI basics
Be aware of the latest
trends in web design
English
Upper-Intermediate
Nice to Have
Understanding of web and mobile technologies
Template and component design systems
Adobe Creative suite & Figma competency
Degree or post-graduate-related fields
Passionate about creating content for a wide audience
